Finally, have finished mixing. David Zaffiro did an awesome job!!  Thank you David. You are the best!  We mastered the tracks yesterday, and have subitted our artwork and sound files to the replicator. We should be serving Breakfast@Timothy’s in about 2 weeks!!

And we are still mixing…. We are a few weeks off schedule at this time… so now we are looking at early September ship time for the pre orders. The official release will coincide with the September 11th Stryper concert in Boston. I will be autographing posters and shipping out the preorders during the first week of September…. sorry for the delay folks but it should be well worth the wait.

We have finished all of the tracks for Breakfast and are now 1 week in to the mixing process. We have entrusted mix engineer - David Zaffiro (Bloodgood/ Little Big Town) to do the mixdown on this record. He is doing a wonderful job and the tracks are really sounding great. I so am excited to hear the final product. We are still shooting for mid August to deliver the pre orders. You have until July 31st to pre order the album for only $10.00 including an autographed Breakfast At Timothy’s poster.

We have finished recording all bass tracks - both lead and rhythm. We are just days away from doing a final mixdown and then on to mastering. The cover artwork is coming together and we will be shooting the cover photo. Alot of wonderful people have stepped onboard and given much of their time and energy to make Breakfast At Timothy’s a reality. I thank them all. We hope to start shipping all the pre orders by August 15th. You still have time to place a pre order and receive the autographed promo poster for only $10.00.  We will stop taking pre orders at the end of July.

We will start taking regular online orders in September for $11.99 plus s/h.  The disc will also be available for sale at the Stryper Aniversary concerts and later on at Itunes and the other download sites.

I have decided on the title of my new solo album. It is to be called “Breakfast At Timothy’s.”

Chris and I are on Day 3 of tracking drums and so far it sounds freakin’ awesome!! Chris has laid down 6 drum tracks while I have engineered. We are going for the last 4 drum tracks today.

Timothy Gaines first solo effort will be released sometime this July or August of 2009. Tim has been collaborating on this project over the last several months with his good friend, producer and songwriter - Chris Eddy (son of famed guitar great Duane Eddy).

“This will be a bass instrumental album of original pop songs. We are focusing on the songs rather than the flash and technique that is so prevailent in todays instrumental bass albums. This is an album for the listener as well as the musician.  I believe the music will be getting airplay right along with songs that feature singing.  I already have several video ideas in mind, ” states Tim.
